Yesterday was Friday and Debbie had to work. Dad and I had bought floor tiles to re-tile the kitchen and as we set about placing 65 Lowe's bought tiles into our kitchen Mom and Melissa took Jack and Sophia to the Grand Traverse Children's Museum. I dutifully put the camera in Moms pocket and she got some great pics.
Cool, cool water.
I tell ya, the kid makes a mean fake french toast.
Huh? I have been told that Sophia looks like me in this photo.
Later in the day we decided to stage an impromptu generational photo shoot. Here is Mom, fresh from the house, getting ready.
The shed! Almost the scene of the shoot!
Are we gonna do this or what?
I defy you to find a better family shot than this one....
Stand up straight they've always told me.
Beat him at his own game!
Yo, I'm in the sand bucket
Let's try to give Dad a heart attack...
Agh!
Ahhh!
My generic head tilt.
The loveliest lady I have ever met.
Polish Power!
What do you mean Melissa Bananas?
The root ball that I discovered at the bottom of the compost. It was not there when we started filling up that home composter. It was impressive and hard to remove.
The shed, dis-assembled AND assembled by the one and only Mr. Ron Rysoo aka the Deuce aka Double R aka Big Red's Tamer
Maureen took Sophia for a walk in the afternoon and she fell asleep. She looks adorable here.
And later that evening...

It was! I really enjoyed watching Jack hang out in that little house with all the fake food, I still can't get over the fact that he even pretended to wash the dishes! It seems like he enjoys grown up activities like cooking and cleaning, bless his heart.
ReplyDeleteJack loves to play jokes on people. You can see the sheer joy on his face after putting the snake on Mike. Great family photos! Debbie has the posture of royalty in one photo.
